Everyone needs a creative outlet. For the moment, mine happens to be miniature top hats, which are also available for sale. As I have an event coming up, I'll be trying to make and post a new hat every few days, so keep checking for new ones! All hats are approximately 7" in diameter and are made of high-quality heavy black felt. Elastic loops are attached inside the brim for use with headbands or bobby pins to fit any hairstyle.
